On offense - we do try to get the ball inside. But all too often our bigs are shooting over double teams. Too much dribbling and not enough passing. Too many guys standing around. Not many picks.

On defense the help is late and we don't move our feet. Guys guarding with their arms and reaching too much. Most of defense is with your feet.
