Hit head in shower pretty bad. Bled pretty good and got a concussion from the impact. I was alone and should've gotten stitches but wasnt able to get to the hospital in time.

Any tips to try to mitigate the scar? Any products etc? It's about an inch wide and right in the middle of my forehead.
