I'm not sure about the longevity of these two companies, but the Real Estate market is ripe for some new ideas and technology improvements. It has basically been untouched in decades.

Quicken is starting to turn some heads with the Rocket Mortgage, but they are still keeping to the industry standard processes for the most part.

I love this stuff though, so interesting!
