Your post answers your own question. Kim mentioned a "big uptick in recruiting." This means our brand is better and

we're getting more companies to come to our campus... but many still won't. If everyone already came then there could be no uptick.

Large companies are more likely to go to most major college campuses but many PE firms/hedge funds etc don't/won't come to our campus.
