In Utah you have to have worked 30 years to retire. This scenario is impossible.
At least in Utah.
30 years you can retire at any age. You would get 60% of your salary.
At age 60 you can retire if you have worked 10 years or more in the system. you would get 20% of your salary.
So that scenario doesn't work here.
