Better comparison would be government attorneys who don't make all that much. And most utah accountants arent making $80k their 4th year. Big 4 in Utah starts below $50k and big 4 is the top of accounting firms and work 50-60 hour weeks.
Utah teachers should get paid more but, most attorneys work a lot more hours. A Cravath attorney probably works 2.5 times what a teacher works if not more.
