Nice that your school doesn't have a shortage. Again ... look at AVERAGES. Utah
has a major teacher shortage:

School leaders basically have to hire substitutes permanently to staff their schools in many places. You know, folks with no teaching degrees or background to be paid $100/day to pass out worksheets. Because they can't find qualified teachers. The shortage is real, and it's getting worse. If you live in Highland or somewhere like that ... sure, you're not going to have a problem. But much of the rest of the state is.
