I generally agree with this. So where is the trigger point for you with Rose?
The consistent "first four" appearances with only one legit tourney invite and not progressing past the round of 64 worried me. The horrible losses to Long Beach State, Portland, Pepperdine, and Pacific last year truly frightened me. The losses this year to UVU, Santa Clara, Pepperdine, and San Diego with no real quality wins have put me over the edge.

Comparing in-conference difficulty of the WCC to the ACC is a joke. WCC is set up where finishing any lower than 3rd
