The officials were bad. But what do you expect in a conf that is unwilling to...

the going rate for good officials? The WCC gets the leftovers because they don't pay as much as the PAC 12 and MWC. All 3 conferences draw from the same pool of officials. Yet because the WCC insists on playing their games the same night as the PAC, the WCC gets the lesser officials.
