I've been watching a Facebook thread tonight of a bunch of people getting suckered into some book buying MLM from my ward unfortunately by a member of the bishopric.

I've noticed that several comments are very leading questions by dudes I've never heard of. I then went to these dudes profiles to figure out they also sell these products.

This leads me to the conclusion that these guys have a pact to join each other's crummy Facebook parties and comment and ask a bunch of questions as if they're interested just to make it appear the event, product, and peddler of the product are much more popular and desirable than they are.

I assume this is correct?
