A big reason why Gonzaga has so many players scoring between 10-15 points is because they have more good players then us. Gonzaga has a much larger recruiting base then us and gets much better players, and they have much more depth. We don't have anyone after the LP3, Bryant, and Childs who can score? They have people like Collins and Tillie who are already on draft boards as underclassmen, COMING OFF THE BENCH. When you have future NBA players on your bench its a lot easier to spread the scoring around. Rose won't sign many non-lds because he's been burned by a lot of them in the past.

Did you watch the UTA game, Guinn was open from 3 several times and refused to shoot. Beo is never aggressive on the offensive end against good teams. Do you know why? Its because they aren't that good, and they know it. The other teams know it too. UTA's coach said in the postgame notes that they did so well on Defense because they got away with not guarding BYU's 3rd guard very closely in the 2nd half. The LP3 shoot so much because there isn't anyone else who can score. This team has zero depth. Haws, Emery, and Mika take all the shots because there is nobody else besides Bryant and sometimes Childs who can score consistently.

Rose is scrapping the bottom of the barrel with LDS talent and guys, like Beo, Guinn, Leifson, and Shaw. He needs to start recruiting more good non-lds kids.
