I think the BYU preference is clear
McKee, Oblad, then Cooper with Dinkelmann the recruit on the down low, probably right after McKee.
You are probably correct on the Oblad offer for the moment, but McKee going somewhere else likely puts him at the front of the LDS QB offer line.
It isn't like they haven't seen these QB's quite a bit, Cooper is right down the road with a BYU commit on his team, and the others have been in BYU camps or observed by Uncle Ty for a while.
Cooper does have better offers than Oblad, but they ranked pretty close, Scout has Oblad higher than Cooper.
Cooper having more* offers than Dinkelmann doesn't really say much seeing as he was committed to LSU since the 8th grade, but passing league and summer camps should give a better picture to how all these prospects shake out as far as rankings, Dinklemann is still considered one of the top QB prospects from TX, he will have plenty of offers by summer now that he has decommitted.
