Oblad was very high on the list until McKee was discovered, but I think Oblad has been attending BYU camps since he was 12.
But recruiting is always a fluid situation, kids are still growing and progressing at different rates, Dinkelmann is a prime example of early growth and access to high level coaching putting him ahead of the curve of his peers, but it isn't like any of these kids have necessarily fallen behind in anything, Oblad just won an Adidas passing league "national championship"
Nike Sparq camps will provide measurables and elite 11 will provide head to head competition, I expect all 4 of the qbs to participate in both of those, at least in regional levels and then by summer we will have a better idea as to where they stand in a ranking for the recruit class by the independent rating services.
Seeing which of the 4 come to BYU summer camp should give a better idea of how BYU ranks them.
