make some plan like medifast and sell it for lots of money, where the concepts are:
-the customer ONLY eats what they get from you. no snacking or cheating with their own foods
-you've taken into account portion control/calories in each meal
-glycemic index is regulated in each meal
that's the stuff that works. its not the workout, although most everyone thinks it is.
