Anyone have any experience/knowledge with home solar installation? Obviously, where we live, we have a ton of sunlight throughout the year. We priced a full home solar package for our home about 10 years ago and it was around $20,000. My wife is really pushing to do it now and keeps feeding me the line that the cost of solar is so much cheaper than 10 years ago. Before I schedule a few guys to come out to the house and provide quotes, anyone have any input/thoughts? I think most of the federal/state rebates for solar are gone now, but I could be wrong.
