So I'm looking down from my hotel room this afternoon doing some people watching as my family gets settled in. I notice this guy walking a dog, the dog is stopping, resisting and fighting against the owner making any progress. The owner is just jerking the dog by the neck constantly to get him to go anywhere. I remark to my wife how similar that dog is to how our two year old has been on this trip when out of nowhere the dog goes and drops a huge #2 all over the side walk. There is tons of foot traffic in this area. At which point I make a quick judgement of the man and again turned to my wife and mentioned that there was no way that jerk was going to clean it up. The guy then goes over to a nearby garbage can pulls out a plastic bag out of the top goes back to the yewt and proceeds to smear it all over the sidewalk in one swipe while "cleaning it up" and then walks right off. Seconds later a lady pushing a baby in a stroller goes right through it. Hilarious to see the women's reaction? Yes, but I still hate that dog owner very much.
