Watching a business show where Bill Bellichick was interviewed and then
the talking heads discussed his leadership. Bill says, "Grit is more important than talent."
He said Tom Brady is not a natural athlete and doesn't have a lot of natural talent. His mantra is to be a preparation freak and then implement what you've prepared.
I put this under BYU Football because he used some of the same phrasing that comes up a lot in discussions of BYU Football.
