ESPN now gives the Jazz a 64% chance to win the series.
I believe it was around 42% before game one so that is a big jump. Of course this is based on BPI and I don't think that accounts for Gobert being gone.

Speaking of Gobert it still sounds like we aren't really sure if he can make it back. I would guess that best case scenario would be game 5, and more than likely that he wont be back. But it seems there may be some room for optimism.
