Since so many signed up for this card, I figure this may be of value to some of you. Plastiq is bill pay service that allows you to pay your rent/mortgage, etc with a credit card for a fee. Currently payments with Chase Sapphire Reserve are coding as travel which is giving 3% back and also allowing people to use their $300 travel credit for rent/mortgage. The fee for the using the service is between 1.75 and 2.5% depending on the card and promotions. But you'll still come out ahead at 3% and be able to use your travel credit for those that don't travel as frequently.
