could be the first one in the operating room of the surgery center. We arrived right when the doors opened, no other patients in the building, and it still took an hour and 25 minutes to get him into the OR for a 5 minute procedure.

The oral was just premedication. He'd still undergo a general anesthetic using gases and a mask.
