My question is where did she get the money to make the purchase. Did she earn the money herself or did she steal it?
Do you have other restrictions on the way she spends money? Would you have felt different if she had asked you to go with her? Has she asked for a phone before and you told her no cause it's "too expensive" or some other similar excuse.
Are you more upset that she has access to the internet or that she made a decision w/o consulting you first?
