Sadly you haven't learned this simple way around the name-calling rule:
Just call the person a poohead. There, I did it, I let the secret out. If you call them a poohead, you are able to unleash your anger on your opponent, and yet nobody can really take that insult seriously.
Oh, the one drawback is you look kind of ridiculous. But, every good remedy has its side effects.
