RE: The fact of the matter is, there are players on the team that are not fully
Very good points and agreed 100% on the two primary factors. This team easily swept Hawaii 2 nights in a row without a fully healthy squad. How good could they be if the entire team fully healthy were motivated. Where most of the team has improved in serving this year, every rotation through, there is a guaranteed service error with one of our players. I do believe some really are invested and we've seen some of our guys play through pain and injury throughout the year.

I do have a question for those closer to the program than me. It seems our setters have a harder time putting the ball where Patch is most successfull(hitting over the top of the block, off hands) vs. Langlois and Sander who adjust their attacks based on the pass. I would compare it to a quarterback not being in sync with his receivers. Is that part of the issue and at what point does chemistry mean more than talent?
