The point of all of this being "if you can't do the job, there's someone else who can" is the message
when benching starters. That doesn't apply in our case and Rose knows it and the players all know it. It's different at schools like North Carolina where a bench player really can step up and fill in while a starter learns some lessons.
Rose knows he has no choice. It's mostly his doing that he is in the position he is in but still. It is what it is.
