SuperTank Hey Denty!
Ive tried the "eat 8 hours a day" diet and it was a catastrophe.
I gained 20 pounds in the first month and 40 by the time I quit three months in.

Breakfast from 6-8. Lunch from 12-2. Supper from 6-8 and then I actually had to wake up to eat midnight meal from 11-1.

it was rough. I'm going to be starting the "see-food diet" on Monday. Hopefully it goes better.
