Would you say a power washer is a good investment for a homeowner?
I've been thinking about getting one - to clean the gutters, cars, driveway, patio furniture, etc.
Looking at this one:

Considering it costs $80 to rent one for a day...seems like I should just buy one. How often do you use yours? What do you use it for?
