Why is it so hard for some to believe that as fans, we are ok with Kalani talking about football not being number 1 because maybe we believe the guy a little more. Maybe we feel like he actually cares about the fans, the program, players, former players, and on and on. Kalani tries very hard to connect with the fans in a way Bronco never even came close to. Players talk about the feel around the program is very different now. Did both love their players? Sure. But it's different now. Fans feel it and can see it. So no, when Kalani says football isn't the #1 priority, it comes across very different and is easier to digest for some reason.

Why can't we as fans just be grateful for what we have now? Some just can't let an opportunity to try and throw Bronco into everyone's face every chance they get. I might be way off here. I may be over exaggerating too, and that's fine.
