Not only is he a great running back, he is a running back who chose to come to Byu and then stuck with the cougars through thick and thin.
Around the time of his initial commitment, apparently there were many who tried to convince him not to come. He chose to stick with his commitment.
After three very productive years, he had an honor code violation for something that in most schools would not even be an issue and he had to sit out a year. Though frustrated, he chose to come back and honor his commitment. Not only that, he accepts responsibility for the honor code violation pointing out that he did sign the honor code.
This was not a kid that would not have had options. He is the all-time Byu leading rusher.
This is a hard-working, high character kid. I can't wait to follow his NFL career. Regardless of that career, he has shown to me by his actions that he will almost certainly be very successful in life.
