Jazz send: Alec Burks, Derrick Favors, #24 pick (or #30 if SA would do that)
Spurs send: Lamarcus Aldridge
Lamarcus is under contract for two more years with a player option in '18 at $22 million/year. There's a lot of trade chatter surrounding Lamarcus right now and his lackluster performance in the playoffs. The Spurs may be happy to dump his contract. Burks is under contract at $11M/year the next two years.

Jazz send: Alec Burks
Suns send: Brandon Knight, 54th pick
The problem here is Brandon Knight's contract. He's due $13.5M, $14.5M, and $15.5M the next three seasons. The Suns will essentially have to pay a team to take him off their hands.

Jazz send: Dante Exum, Derrick Favors, 24th pick, future 1st round pick, (and possibly Rodney Hood as well)
Suns send: Eric Bledsoe, 55th pick
The only way Phoenix would do this trade is if there is a rift with Bledsoe and the franchise and he wants out. Favors is valuable because he provides some veteran leadership to their young posts and he has a $12M expiring contract. Exum and Hood also provide some potential for a team that's a few years away from peaking. Bledsoe is under contract for two more years at $15M/year so it's a very valuable contract. Bringing in Bledsoe would also likely increase the chances Hayward resigns.

Jazz send: Dante Exum, Alec Burks, #30 pick
Pistons send: Reggie Jackson
The Reggie Jackson thing has failed in Detroit and it's not a secret that Jackson nor management is happy with the situation. He's due $16M, $17M, and $18M over the next 3 years. A fresh start and winning team could help bring back a resurgence in his game.

Jazz send: Alec Burks, Raul Neto, 2nd round pick
Timberwolves send: Ricky Rubio
Rubio is under contract for two more years at $14 million/year. That combined with the fact that Rubio can't shoot makes me think this would never actually happen, but still fun to speculate about.
