Of course it means something. Anyone that lives in or around the state knows
that. Just because it doesnt count towards conference play or standing doesnt mean it isnt the most important(as far as recruiting goes) game. All the local recruits will be watching to see what happens. And although most will have made up their minds already, some will have this game tip the scales. Plus BYU/Utah fans always want that year worth of bragging rights.
