the bank parking lot was obviously empty. A car pulls up towards the atm but stops about 15 feet before it. A guy gets out, puts on a very large straw hat and large sunglasses. Walks up to the atm to get some cash I presume. After the guy gets out of the car it reverses to the other side of the parking lot, waits for the guy to finish, he walks back to the car. Removes the hat and glasses and gets in the car to drive away. I wonder if the glasses and hat will keep his identity from the cops.
