A doctor suggested my wife see a psychologist to help with chronic nerve pain
I have to admit I don't have a lot of confidence in this field but I also don't know that much about it.
You let someone into your head and play around in there hoping they're not a quack or something.
The idea is just not in my comfort zone and I haven't told my wife that although she has already told me she's not completely comfortable with the idea either.
Anyone know how to find a good one? Not many volunteer that they're seeing a psychologist so we don't know who to ask.
