Company A:
- Current employer, but a different department
- Don't have to move the family (again) and everything remains generally the same (other than the job itself)
- Company A is thriving right now with acquisitions and positioning itself as an industry leader
- The opening is in more of a niche department that is not particularly high-profile within the company

Company B:
- Previous employer that I left to go to Company A (Company B was struggling at the time - and still is in comparison to A)
- Located in a state with much greater opportunities within my industry
- Previous boss would become my boss again and is excellent
- Requires another move, but would be closer to good friends & family
- Church is considerably stronger in this area
- The role would be at the heart of the company's strategy
- Company B is still in survival mode rather than growth mode
