We had to change flights due to a funeral, flying on southwest and delta. Southwest customer service took like 1 min to answer. My third call attempt to delta, I waited for 1 hour before someone picked up, then 30 min after trying to get my change fee removed, I was told I needed to get transferred to someone else, and during the transfer they disconnected me.
So I tweeted my story at southwest and delta. Delta tweeted back and through DM we got everything worked out.
