After having my annual physical and being reminded I'm not what I once was nor what I want to be, I decided to get serious about my eating and exercise. Was happy to see that this am I was down 4 lds in 2 days. Then went for a morning run for an hour and weighed myself again and lost another 4 lbs. that's obviously water loss but it seems like a lot so I found a a website that will calculten your water loss per hour (taking into account any water or food you've consumed during the workout). I'be always known that I sweat a lot when working out by it looks like I lose 73.3 oz per hour. How can I possibly stay hydrated at that water loss rate?
