It's because of the coaching staff. Coach Sitake has put together a great staff
That is made up of genuine individuals that connect well with others but also know their craft.
A coaching staff is only as good as the players they recruit and this is a coaching staff that the players/recruits can and will trust. The recruits will come....it's already started......just continue to watch it unfold.
