I've done the homework, and been in the industry long enough to know that a target is expected. I'm not out in left
field.
Legal-schmegal. Almost everyone else provides a bonus target. What's so special about their company that they can't include a target in their offer letter?
Besides, the other offer I received included the target in their offer letter.
