One of the brilliant aspects of Billy Joel is that he drew inspiration from many genres and eras to write his music
so he was not ever just stuck in a corner with his stuff. The same mind that wrote "More than a woman" also wrote "We didn't start the Fire" and "Scene from an Italian Restaurant" or "For the Longest Time"-- all so different.
