Sportnado reporting that Utah just signed Royce O'Neale to a 3 year deal.
He was a Baylor grad in 2015, has played in Europe since then (I think he was with the GS summer league team last year). Only first year of his deal is guaranteed.
But I think Utah already had 15 guaranteed contracts before O'Neale. Not sure what else is going to happen here to make room.
