No, or arizona.

Probably about the same. Utah is on a different level though. They have finished #2 in the last decade, have 2 fairly recent undefeated seasons, multiple top 25 finishes, the countries longest bowl winning streak, rivalry dominance, and have quite a few recent big wins.
