Ok ex-mo, non-mo, worldly-mo, etc. 10 year old goes to friends house, friends'

Has man cave. Man cave has beer on tap. Father has his son (who is 12) serve him the beer because he's busy playing Call of Duty. Then asks your son if he wants to have a try at pouring the beer. Dad then drinks about 4-5 beers in an hour.

How do you react?
