Then it gives IP addess browser and ISP

Please call computer system technician immediately on: ########gives a number#####

And it makes an announcement over computer speakers saying it is a critical alert from Microsoft saying my computer is infected and sending Credit Card info and facebook login and personal email .... And wants me to call so their support emgineers can walk me throigh the removal process and if i don't call before closimg this page mu comp will be locked.


Seems like a scam, anyone know for sure?
