I've driven lots of places. Utah drivers are the worst I've encountered.
Red lights are mere suggestions here in Utah. Often, I'll be on the borderline between yellow and red through a light, and usually I'll look in my rear-view mirror and see at least two cars run the light after me.

Utah is also absolutely filled with drivers who won't let you merge. If you wait for somebody to slow to give you space, you'll die of old age.

Utah is also filled with people who will whip around you at a high speed, cut you off - only for the privilege of getting to a red light one car before you.

Don't get me started on the number of freeway drivers I see EVERY DAY driving while tweeting or whatever.

Honestly, if people in Utah drive the way people do in other major metropolitan areas, nobody would get anywhere.
