Historically, the US has had its ups and downs and the dollar has never become worthless.

Bitcoin might be around to stay, but it might collapse spectacularly when all those speculating on it cash out.

I think it will hit $5k soon, then dip significantly back into the high 3800s, then slowly climb again. Just pure speculation, but many are using the volatility of the bitcoin to day trade with it and they like to cash out at big round numbers. It happened at $4k, but I think it will happen on a bigger scale at $5k.
