I just got a message from a guy asking if I would be willing to do some work for him. I know a lot of the people at his company, and this project almost certainly means working with some giant grade A tools. In particular, the head of the company is probably the worst example of leadership that I can think of. I've seen him make grown men cry, just because he likes turning up the heat on people and acting like the tough guy boss.
