Teach me about pharmacy school.
I have a cousin on facebook I haven't seen in years. He posts about medical stuff all the time so I assumed he was an MD.

We started chatting randomly last night and it turns out he's actually a pharmacist. I asked about pharmacy school to make conversation and he went off. The way he was talking about it, he made it sound super selective. He went to the U, FWIW. I literally know nothing about their pharmacy program.

Anyway, the weirdest part was later he said that our grandma would have thought it was cool that we "both ended up getting doctorate level degrees." This puzzled me, because I'm a lawyer and I don't think JDs are REALLY doctorate level degrees.

I'm not trying to drag pharmacists here. I was just wondering if this was my weird cousin, or if this is a common take.
