I need to do a dinner for tomorrow night and have a 14 lb brisket but don't have anything more than a standard oven and grill to cook it with. What's my best bet that won't take 6-8 hours? I've never done a brisket before or really any meat low and slow except for ribs. Can y'all help a brother out?
Sliced? Chopped in potatoes? Santa Maria style?
