When I was in high school, I remember hearing about someone cutting down the trees at Mountain View HS in Orem, just before a rivalry game. When I was in HS, I laughed when I heard about it, though now realize how much money it probably cost the district to replace the trees. I don't remember ever hearing if someone was caught. This was in the late-90s, early-2000s.
