He has accepted the type of athletes that BYU can recruit on defense, and we will see the same level of defensive performance. I think that is still pretty good, but I don't expect to see improvement. On the other hand, I think that Ty still has visions of what is possible and will run that even though our current players aren't great for it. If he can recruit or find players capable of filling the holes, we might be a top-10 offense again someday. If he can't, it will be a disaster. But I don't believe that he will adapt the offense we are playing right now to accommodate any player more than some marginal differences in play calling.
