We quickly learned the thing had major issues. We called the guy back the next day and told him we really don't want it because it had major issues that he didn't really disclose. He said bring it back and he would give us our money back ($4000 cash), and he did! This was in the San Fernando Valley in CA too. Sometimes you just need to ask. There are some reasonable people out there.
